I’ve created this to help me keep a track on how my runs are feeling, and how I’m feeling about running. Its self indulgent but if anyone wants to read this and take any advice, wisdom or learn from my mistakes, please feel free.

I started running around the start if 2019, I didn’t fall in in love with it straight away, but persevered.

Before the 1st COVID lockdown I was training for my 1st Marathon (Manchester Marathon) obviously this was cancelled and I stopped running all together and a friend through Facebook suggested I listen to David Goggins audiobook. I was blown away and within a few months I had ran 4 solo marathons and 1 solo ultra (50k)
